We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with tec4thstore.co.za. Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there are options available

We’re really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you’ve received a faulty item, please get in touch with the support team at TEC4thstore , who will attend to your product fault

Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following conditions:

all products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

if unopened goods are returned within 14 days, you will receive a refund excluding transport cost.

The warranty period for items are as follows:

Sony – 12/24 Month limited period

Volkano – 12 Month limited period

Kingson – Limited Lifetime Warranty subject to fair usage

Yes. If you have received your item and it’s not satisfactory, simply get in touch us and we will absolutely help you get the item that you need. A small administrative fee for the exchange may be payable, but we will consult you on how to proceed with the exchange . Simply get in touch with us on admin@tec4th.co.za or call us on 071 1389393.

If you would like to exchange the product please note the request must be submitted within fourteen(14) days from date of purchase. The item must unopened and in unused by you as purchaser.

Certain hardware items,  and all custom/special orders may only be returned for credit at this stage
